You may wish to consider one of our special packages outlined below for your stay. Or, let us help you plan a unique, interesting, and exciting visit to the Galena, Tri-States area. We can assist with dining arrangements or suggest many interesting things to see and do, just let us know your wishes.
RATES & PAYMENT
- Goldfinch - $100.00 per night
- Cardinal - $100.00 per night 1 or 2 adults, $110.00 for 3 adults
- A state and county tax of 11% will be added to your bill
- To keep our rates low, we accept payment by cash or check only, no credit cards
- An ATM facility is just minutes away should you forget to bring your checkbook
- Gift Certificates happily provided upon request
RESERVATIONS
- Your good word is sufficient to secure your reservation, but
- Please notify us 72 hours in advance should you need to cancel
- Check in time is 3 p.m. - Check out is 12 noon
- Children can be accomodated by special arrangement
- Sorry, no pets allowed
- Smoking is limited to our deck and porches
SPECIAL PACKAGES
- Bird Lover's Delight
Depending upon the time of year, nearly 70 bird species use our country property as their home. Birds, from bald eagles to ruby-throated hummingbirds, find this natural area perfect for their needs and will offer many close-up photo opportunities.
Reserve for 2 nights and you will have full use of our birding manuals and equipment (including a spotting scope) and receive a $15 gift certificate from Wild Birds Unlimited of Galena.
- Fisherman's Platter
Come drop a line in our farm pond which is located in our secluded valley and stocked with Bass and Sunfish. Bring your own gear or we can provide a pole and a bucket of worms. For the angler desiring even more action we can provide access to Lake Galena, a nearby private 220-acre lake well endowed with pan-fish, Walleye, Bass, and Tiger Muskie.
Two night minimum stay required.
